The following fees are non-refundable:
1. Setup fees, installation charges, and one-time service fees are non-refundable.
2. Any payment made for a subscription plan beyond the current billing cycle is non-refundable.

2. Order/invoice number.
3. A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
