Refunds are applicable only if a valid reason is provided within 7 days of the purchase.

Conditions for Refund

A refund will be provided if:

• 1. The product/service delivered does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
• 2. There are significant, unresolved technical issues that prevent the usage of the service.
• 3. The customer must provide valid documentation or evidence supporting the refund request.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• 1. Setup fees, installation charges, and one-time service fees are non-refundable.
• 2. Any payment made for a subscription plan beyond the current billing cycle is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

• 1. Full name and contact information.
• 2. Order/invoice number.
• 3. A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
• 4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
